The BC Primary Health Care Research Network is looking for two patient partners interested in joining the Patient Partner Advisory Committee and supporting the next Centre for Health Services and Policy Research (CHSPR) conference—March 2025. CHSPR has a well‐established regional, national, and international reputation for health services and policy research in the fields of health economics and health care financing, human resources, population health, equitable access to care, prescription drug financing, and other areas.
The 2025 conference will be about primary care. Patient partners are asked to have at least two years of experience working with decision-makers, researchers, and/or community organizations.
The planning committee will be responsible for scientific content. It is expected the planning committee would meet virtually. BC PHCRN welcomes a diversity of lived experiences, particularly as we seek to meet the needs of those living in more marginalized areas of large urban and rural areas.
Partners will be compensated for their participation—in alignment with the Canadian Primary Care Research Network patient partner guidelines.
