Poster: Identifying Frailty to Support Policy and Care Using Administrative Data
This poster was presented at the Canadian Association for Health Services and Policy Research conference in May 2017. Work is ongoing to use EMR data from CPCSSN to supplement the administrative data used to identify frailty.

Poster: The Importance of Data Cleaning when Reporting Statistics from Electronic Medical Record Data
This poster was presented at the Family Medicine Forum in November 2016.

Journal article: Singian KR, Price M, Bungay V, Wong ST. Using Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network data to examine depression in patients with a diagnosis of Parkinson disease: a retrospective cohort study. CMAJ Open. 2016 Aug 8;4(3):E417-E423.
This study used CPCSSN data to analyse the associations between Parkinson’s disease, depression, and related medications, finding that depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease is primarily treated with SSRI drugs, counter to guidelines.

Presentation: The promised potential of useable data from electronic medical records: Lessons from the Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network
This presentation was given by Sabrina Wong, Co-director of BC-CPCSSN and BC-PHCRN Science Lead, at the eHRR (electronic Health Records in Research) Seminar Series in January 2016.
