Please describe your research project and how it contributes to improving primary care

Integrated care is viewed widely as a potential solution to overcome some of the major challenges faced by health and social care systems (e.g. duplication, fragmentation, poor care coordination). This scoping review aims to assess published international experience of different models of allocating funds to facilitate care integration and the evidence on their impacts.

Currently we are writing the primary manuscript and an in-person meeting among stakeholders is being planned for 2020.
