Can algorithms predict frailty? Update on a BC Quick Strike project

Data access via Population Data BC has been approved for a funded Quick Strike study which is creating and testing algorithms to predict frailty using administrative health data and primary care electronic medical record data. The Study, called Validation of Administrative and Primary Care Electronic Medical Record Derived Frailty Algorithms, is in three provinces, and investigators include Sabrina Wong (BC), Tyler Williamson (AB), and Alan Katz (MB).
