In the wake of COVID-19, primary care systems across Canada have shut down, adapted, or transformed rapidly. For many patients, particularly those who experience complex healthcare needs, this disruption has created gaps and left them uncertain about future care. Frontline primary care providers and health system decision makers are facing the challenge of how best to shape practice and policy to address this.
