Using Machine Learning to Improve De-identification Accuracy in Primary Care EMR Data
This poster was presented at the UBC Centre for Health Services and Policy Research annual conference in March 2024. This study aimed to improve de-identification accuracy by employing a novel machine learning approach.

Capturing Factors Associated with Frailty Using Routinely Collected EMR Data
This poster was presented at the UBC Centre for Health Services and Policy Research annual conference in March 2024. Work is ongoing to use EMR data from CPCSSN to supplement the administrative data used to identify frailty.

Potentially Inappropriate Antibiotic Prescribing for Respiratory Tract Infections in Canadian Primary Care
This poster was presented at the North American Primary Care Research Group conference in November 2022. The study used CPCSSN EMR data to examine rates of antibiotic prescribing for respiratory tract infections in primary care during the first year of the pandemic (2020), compared to baseline in 2019.

EMR Data as a Source of Insights into Primary Care Service Delivery
This poster was presented at the annual conference of the UBC Centre for Health Services and Policy Research in March 2022, and presents an overview of the CPCSSN project including how the data are handled and used for research.
